Catering (School Dinners)
The two weekly menu cycle meets the Food and Nutrient Based Standards for Primary and Special School Meals. It is planned to take into account popular foods, the time of year and dietary considerations. A group of experienced staff plan the menus, and a nutritional software package is used to analyse them. Meals are freshly prepared and cooked daily by a team of caring catering staff.
"Since Max has been having school dinners he has become more adventurous in his choice of food. He is eating roast dinners, curries, chilli and spaghetti bolognaise. There is so much more variety than chicken nuggets and chips."
